It's an alternative evolution of Dragonair, named Dragumo.

Pokedex Entry: Not much is known about this Fakemon. Rumors say that Dragumo only appear in front of a worthy Trainer. When they appear, they drop a feather which has the ability to evolve a Dragonair into a Dragumo.
