Pokedex Entry: Frostress can withdraw their limbs and head to form a ice ball, which increases their already high defense even more. While in that form, its physical abilities are limited, but it can still fire moves such as Ice Beam through the holes where their limbs normally are. Their bodies are made of Nevermeltice.
